new earrings going up in the shop

These are beauties I crocheted while in Puerto Rico last week.  I just finished adding the beads and ear hooks today.  Guess the Christmas holiday/ vacation is officially over!

Still with the Pumpkins

I realize we are a week(ish) away from christmas.  I really do.  But I love the orange color and they are far from rotten.  Maybe I should peel them up and make pumpkin-ginger soup?  Then I will need something new and pretty for the center of my table... something I can graffiti with sharpies until I am high(ish) on the fumes.

earring loveliness

i've got four pairs of crocheted earrings up in the shop!!!  so exciting.  i'm sending a gifty pair to my most awesome friend in Albuquerque for some constructive criticism, but in the mean time, i figured it wouldn't hurt to put 'em out there.

in other news... really need to get cranking on the christmas ornaments.  i've got this crazy idea that because i can, i should make all the ornaments for our tree this year.  nuts.

maybe i'll do a round-up of good ornament tutes and patterns??  i better get crackin'....
